Why am I paying so much in bank charges?
My bank takes charges out of my account at least two to four times a month of £5 - £10. When I ask what this is for they say it is standard debit interest charges. Can I find out why I am paying so much each month in charges, is this right? Can I claim this back?
Unfair bank charges have been challenged of late and a recent High Court decision is supportive of bank customers bringing claims of this nature.
