I won a County Court claim for money owing to me but the Bailiffs have been unsuccessful in recovering this. What would be my next step? The money owing is £4,900.

You can take a charging order against any property the Defendant owns. You could make a third party debt application if you have details of the Defendant's bank account. You could apply for an attachment of earnings order if the debtor is in employment. You could bankrupt the Defendant - but this is expensive.
