I have a car on finance but I want to ge rid of it as it is costing too much. Can I give it back to the finance company? I have had it for 18 monhs and the finance is over 5 years.
If your agreement pre-dates 6th April 2007 we can arrange for a free check to be undertaken of it, as there is a good prospect that it is defective and consequently unenforceable. This would enable you to keep the car and not have to make any further payments under the agreement. Please send us your agreement if you would like us to check it.
