Can a bailiff call unannounced on a Sunday?

Can a bailiff call unannounced on a Sunday?

County Court Judgements, Magistrate Court fines, Council Tax debts and fines can be collected at any time but the court may have regard to whether the timing was reasonable.

However the Code of Conduct bailiffs are supposed to adhere to states that ideally visits should be made between the hours 6am and 9pm and should not take place on a Sunday or bank holiday unless permitted by the Court (an exception to this could be when the debtor is conducting his business, i.e. works night time only).
